Start by mixing flour, eggs and oil to create fresh pasta dough. Learn how to knead, roll and cut the dough into long, silky ribbons of tagliatelle. As the pasta comes together, prepare a hearty Bolognese sauce made with beef, garlic, crushed tomatoes, onions and a splash of balsamic vinegar for depth and balance.
