The proposed itinerary is a route for lovers of good wine and Mediterranean flavors through a selection of the most renowned and prestigious winegrowing and agricultural realities of the island. There are two stops at wineries and a stop at a typical products company where it will be possible to buy local products as well as taste them. At the end of the course, you will learn the production techniques of the DOC natural Passito and other typical island products.
