In collaboration with Stéphanie Hagué, a certified sophrologist, we offer a sophrology hike lasting approximately 3.5 hours, with 3 sophrology breaks.

  We will round off the morning with a glass of fresh, artisanal apple juice.
  A guided, narrated exploration of the forest and a chance to unwind are on the agenda!!

• Suitable for people who already have hiking experience or who do not have any contraindications to prolonged physical exertion.

• Option to be picked up at Avon-Fontainebleau train station (R line), for up to 4 people.
