The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Uppello, in the town of Foligno (PG). Welcoming us to the riding stables will be the riding instructor who will accompany us on this adventure!

Once all the participants are gathered, we will proceed with the saddle and learn the basics of horseback riding. This first moment, lasting about 20 minutes, will allow us to become familiar with the animal and carry out the experience without any worries.

And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the surroundings of the riding stables, delving into the characteristic Umbrian nature. We will undertake itineraries in the open countryside or in wooded areas, providing panoramic views of Foligno, Montefalco and Assisi. At our side will always be the riding instructor, who will guide us in the saddle of his own steed.

We will then return to the meeting point where a rich aperitif will be waiting for us, served on an olive tree cutting board and accompanied by a glass of wine. The large oak tree with its shade and hay bales will make the tasting even more distinctive
