Come surf at Cabedelo Beach in Figueira da Foz with a group lesson designed for you to progress in a safe and fun way — and with filming + video analysis so you can understand what's really happening on your waves.
The lesson lasts 90 minutes and is organized into three parts. You start by getting equipped at the school with your wetsuit and board, and then you go with the group to the sand, where you warm up with mobility and activation exercises (often with games and simple exercises). Next, you get a clear theoretical explanation of surfing techniques, how the equipment works, essential safety rules, and how the session will proceed in the water. This is the ideal time to ask questions.
Before you go into the sea, you will practice the movements you will later do in the water on the sand to gain confidence and coordination. From there, the most eagerly awaited part begins: entering the sea with the coach in the water, catching foam and small waves, and adjusting the practice to your level. As you progress, you will be guided to progressively more challenging tasks and more demanding waves.
At the end, you return to the school for the part that speeds up learning: the video analysis of your waves. The video is shot from the beach, and you receive written feedback (by email or WhatsApp), which is ideal for those who want continuous monitoring and clear goals for the next session.
