The guided tour is available in Portuguese or English and takes you through the original mill, where you'll still find the old machines and presses in the exact spot where they were used, explained in a clear and engaging way.

Along the way, you'll learn about the entire traditional olive oil production process, from the arrival of the olives to the extraction of the liquid gold, with an emphasis on the artisanal techniques, the human effort involved, and the evolution of methods over time. Visitors are invited to take a close look at the equipment and understand how an old mill operated in full swing.

The experience wraps up with a tasting of our olive oil, where you can savor the product's characteristic aromas and flavors, learning to recognize them. At the end, there's time to visit our shop, where you can buy olive oil and other regional products, taking a little of this Portuguese tradition with you.
