What you can expect
Step into the Last Frontier and embark on an extraordinary journey of a life time! Immerse yourself in the essence of Alaskan life as you partake in the time-honored tradition of mushing along the legendary Yukon Quest 1,000-mile race trail!
Our artisan mushing experience is designed for people who would like to avoid crowded tour groups and get one-on-one time with the dogs. Enjoy the private setting guided by our knowledgeable and friendly guides.
Take time to meet each of the affectionate canine athletes on your team and get your husky selfie before being seated in your enclosed and cushioned sled, blanketed by quilts of warm fur.
Sit back in your dog sled chariot as the team excitedly whisks you away down snow-capped black spruce trail! Get ready to have your breath taken away as we glide over frozen ponds and streams with vibrant sunrises and sunsets on the horizon.
At the midway point of the adventure, we pause on a serene frozen pond along a snow covered bluff to allow our team of huskies to roll around in the dry fluffy snow. This is the perfect opportunity for our you to stretch your legs outside of the sled and capture picturesque snapshots of the stunning arctic scenery with your frosted husky team.
Once we return from the trail, we invite our chilly travelers back inside to warm up in our authentic Mongolian Yurt next to the fire. The wood heat provides the perfect dry warmth needed to thaw your toes and warm your soul after an epic cold day on the trail!
We provide high quality cold weather gear for our guests, including parkas, snow pants, boots, hats and mittens. We also offer an enclosed sled bag equipped with cushions, pillows & fur blankets to ensure you are comfortable throughout your entire riding experience.
Our tour is catered to small groups to provide an immersive & leisurely experience.
