If weather or safety conditions prevent the flight, you will receive a full refund. We may reschedule your flight to another time / day to ensure the best possible experience. Please note: The one-way mountain railway ticket to take-off is not included. Your pilot will help you purchase the correct ticket at the meeting point. Holders of a Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Half Fare Card, PeakPass, or valid ski pass may receive a discount or free transport.
