Nestled in the heart of eastern Sicily, our farm is based in Pedara, on the slopes of Mount ETNA, in a territory rich in unique landscapes and breathtaking views, and specializes in the cultivation of AROMATIC HERBS, plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The TOUR we offer aims to help you discover the wonderful and mysterious world of aromatic herbs. Visitors will be warmly welcomed with a HERBAL WELCOME TEA. This will be followed by an EDUCATIONAL SEGMENT featuring videos and images about the farm and the various stages of cultivation and processing of aromatic plants. Next, we will proceed with a GUIDED TOUR of our farm, with a special focus on the GARDEN OF AROMAS, an ideal place to enjoy an evocative and engaging aroma-sensory experience. The tour will end with the BRUSCHETTA LAB, a true interactive FOOD TASTING experience: visitors themselves will become the absolute STARS by customizing hot bruschetta to their liking with a wide selection of our herbs and extra-virgin olive oil, all accompanied by cold cuts, olives, and cheeses as a side (water and a glass of wine included). The farm has a large parking lot and bathrooms, and can be reached from the SP 141 provincial road, which is a strategic connection to the Sapienza refuge and the summit areas of Mount Etna.
