The Wise Wetzlarer is a notorious criminal in the city. He seems friendly, as he gives people advice, listens to them and enjoys a good conversation with them. But all the while, he steals from them and tricks them. The police haven't been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. There is a trail to follow, though, and several witnesses have seen him. It's up to you to track him down. Good luck!
