What you can expect

Explore Cisneros, Antioquia: a destination full of history and nature, located just one hour from Medellín.

We will begin our adventure with a tour of Limón, where you will learn about its railway heritage by visiting places that tell the story of this strategic region for the development of Antioquia. You will walk through its quiet streets while a local guide recounts key moments from the past.

We will then continue with a tour along a nature trail surrounded by native vegetation. The tour will take us to La Chorrera Waterfall, a waterfall approximately 400 meters high. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a cool breeze and a spectacular view. For the local inhabitants, this waterfall represents the hair of the goddess Nusica, a pre-Columbian legacy that lives on in the ancestral memory of the territory.

A complete experience that invites you to rediscover the territory, connect with its people, and experience the magic of Cisneros, all just one hour from Medellín.

After descending the waterfall, we will take a ride through the Túnel de la Quiebra (Broken Tunnel) in a local mode of transportation called a moto rodillo, which simulates a small train that will take us across the mountain on a round-trip journey. At the end, you will have the option of taking a TUK TUK to the urban area and Cisneros Park.
