What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
- Due to the weather, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- If selected, Vegetarian and Muslim options available, but please request upon booking. Halal, Vegan meals, Allergy-friendly meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch and bring your own lunch.
- Due to Japanese law changes from April 2024, if delays push our arrival at Odawara Station past 5:30pm, we will skip the Hakone Shrine visit. No refunds or compensations. Please understand before boarding.
- Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or Bullet train option in advance
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays from April to November, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour “Returning by Bullet Train”(Including the BT ticket), but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with this product.
