Overview

We are an organic self sustaining farm that is growing with many special and unique produce, including fruits, vegetables, avocado, coffee & honey.

Roast, grind, brew & enjoy an amazing cup of Guatemalan coffee at the farm. During harvest season you can experience our very own pulp remover machine and learn the fermentation and drying process.

See our avocado plantation, and enjoy making your own guacamole (seasonal) and make corn tortillas with our profesional tortilla maker: Sarita.

Look at the new technology of honey production and learn about the importance of bees for food production (the bees are observed from 10 ft)

Learn how we are growing sustainable food & how you can make your own compost to keep soils healthy (worm, manure, recicled products).

Our recent addition are chickens and ducks that produce organic eggs and their manure fertilizes our trees.

Bring a hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. (Tour is given by the owner of the farm that is fluent in English)
