What you can expect

Our day starts in the morning. I'll pick you up, After 1 hour and 30 min driving to the village of Sfakia!
There we will make a short stop for same photos and take a short walk around the village.
Then we will take the ferry that will take us to the village of Agia Roumeli.
Our hike will start from Agia Roumeli, 10 m above sea level
with 3 hours of total hiking.
At the beginning for quite some time the path is flat
rises up to 150 m above sea level
We will be under the big windy trees, with mountains around us with a height of 2000 m, with small stops and discussions about the nature of Samaria.
At the narrowest point (Portes) we make a longer stop for a pictures and c. o.
The path smooth nice! And with the sound of the water in the river follow us to Christ to the next point!
We will stop there and return to Agia Roumeli
After 8 kilometers it will be nice to swim in the blue sea!
Afterwards, we will enjoy a meal at the local restaurant to taste nice home-cooked dishes.
we return home around 20:00
