    We will leave the center of Assisi to ascend the slopes of Mount Subasio, where nature reigns supreme.
    Thanks to our high-performance E-Bikes, we will reach villages that seem frozen in time: Armenzano, with its concentric-circle layout, and the tiny village of San Giovanni.

    We will then cycle along scenic roads that offer incredible views of the Topino Valley and the peaks of the Apennines.
    We will then reach Collepino, a perfectly preserved medieval castle… before indulging our palates!
