Experience the tropical rainforest from a completely different perspective during a guided night walk in Drake Bay. As daylight fades, the forest becomes active with frogs, insects, spiders, reptiles, sleeping birds, and other nocturnal creatures.
Join a professional naturalist guide and explore forest trails while learning about the animals, plants, sounds, and behaviors that make the rainforest come alive after dark. Your guide will help you spot wildlife that is often difficult to find without trained eyes.
Depending on the conditions, you may encounter tree frogs, glass frogs, anoles, geckos, snakes, beetles, stick insects, spiders, and other fascinating species. The walk lasts approximately two hours and takes place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Rubber boots and a handheld flashlight are provided, allowing you to explore the trails more comfortably. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed because the animals are completely wild, but every night offers a different opportunity to discover the biodiversity of Drake Bay.
