Welcome to the estate
Your tour begins with a friendly welcome from a member of the team. You will receive a warm welcome at the entrance to the estate's park, which overlooks the vineyards.
Walk through the park & introduction to the estate
You will then set off on a walk through the winery's wooded park. This is your chance to discover the estate’s philosophy: biodynamics, respect for natural cycles, care for the environment, and the artistic inspiration behind certain decisions.
Learn about the grape varieties & the history of the estate
You will learn how the estate was established, how the vines are cultivated, and why each grape variety is planted in a specific location. Here, a deep bond unites the landscapes, the plants, and the people who cultivate them.
Winery tour
The tour continues in the cellar, where you will learn about our vinification choices: concrete vats of various shapes, sandstone or wooden containers, and amphorae, all used according to their impact on the structure and elegance of the wines. You will learn how our artisanal and respectful methods enable us to produce unique cuvées with strong personalities.
Finally, the tour concludes with a commented tasting of two carefully selected wines: Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge, two iconic cuvées that embody the estate’s identity. You will be guided through an exploration of the wines' aromas, textures, and pairings, in a warm and intimate sharing experience.
