Together with our guide, you will walk a path that will lead you to the Northern Necropolis, admire the striking rock-cut tombs and the Bat Cave. Along the way you will cross the Calcinara River, and then reach the Northern Village, where you will find the remains of rock dwellings from the Byzantine era. After an invigorating walk through the ancient paths of Pantalica, you'll climb up to the Anaktoron, the ancient home of the prince. Termianto the trek, you will go with your vehicle to an agritourism in the area and here you will taste the true flavors of the territory: you will start with a tasting of pure and flavored olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, and then continue with olives, seasoned cheeses, typical seasoned sausage, bruschetta with typical pate and the typical pizzolo ricotta and honey. All will be accompanied by natural or sparkling water and 2 glasses of white/red wine per person.
