I will greet you at the entrance of the estate for an immediate departure on foot to the vineyard. For about an hour, we'll discover together the Alsatian landscapes, the history of local wine, the geology and geography of the terroir, as well as wine-growing practices, particularly biodynamics. The return to the cellar marks the beginning of the second stage.

The cellar tour takes about 1 hour. I will give you a detailed introduction to the estate and the different methods of vinification for red, white, and Crémant wines, while sharing anecdotes and common misconceptions that make this experience unique.

The guided food tasting, which lasts about an hour, invites you to savor six carefully selected Alsace wines. Everyone is free to express their feelings and impressions in a friendly and educational atmosphere. Food and wine pairings are offered to enrich this discovery.

Throughout the tour, you are free to ask questions. Remember to bring suitable footwear for the walk in the vineyards. The total duration of this experience is approximately three hours, for a complete and privileged immersion in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard.
