Day 1: Arrival in Bogotá
Arrive in Bogotá and transfer to the hotel. Get ready for the adventure that kicks off the next day.
Day 2: Bogotá D.C
Explore the vibrant capital on a city tour of Bogotá, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, receive your rental motorcycle and orientation for the journey. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Bogotá D.C - Trinidad
Ride from Bogotá to Trinidad, passing by stunning reservoirs and diverse landscapes. Stop for lunch in Yopal, arriving in Trinidad by evening.
Day 4: Trinidad - La Primavera
Head toward La Primavera in Vichada, enjoying sightings of local wildlife and spectacular landscapes. Cross the Meta River by ferry at sunset to reach La Primavera.
Day 5: La Primavera - La Venturosa
Travel across plains and hills to La Venturosa, discovering new roads. Enjoy lunch with a llanero family in Bajo de la Culebra.
Day 6: La Venturosa - Puerto Carreño
Take a shorter but scenic route toward Puerto Carreño. Arrive at Tierra Azul Hotel for rest and motorcycle maintenance.
Day 7: Rest Day in Carreño
Relax with a boat trip on the Orinoco River to the Ventanas Rapids, where you may spot freshwater dolphins. Enjoy lunch in Puerto Carreño and free time for either relaxation or bike maintenance.
Day 8: Puerto Carreño - Garcitas
Embark on a two-hour boat ride upstream along the Orinoco River, bypassing Tuparro National Park. Then, take on a challenging 4-6 hour ride through remote terrain to Garcitas, staying overnight with a local llanero family.
Day 9: Garcitas - Santa Rita
Continue with a two-hour boat ride along the Orinoco River, enjoying stunning views, before a 4-6 hour ride through pristine landscapes to Santa Rita, beginning the journey westward.
Day 10: Santa Rita - Cumaribo
Experience the transition from rugged plains to modern infrastructure, blending natural beauty with contemporary comforts as you arrive in Cumaribo.
Day 11: Cumaribo - Puerto Gaitán
Ride mostly on paved roads, though some challenging sections remain. Relax at the Best Western pool in Puerto Gaitán, preparing for the return to Bogotá.
Day 12: Puerto Gaitán - Bogotá D.C
Enjoy a final scenic ride through the Andes as you head back to Bogotá, reflecting on the incredible adventure.
Day 13: Rest Day in Bogotá D.C
Return your motorcycle and unwind with a leisurely lunch. Enjoy your final moments in the city before departure.
