Active tour of Czech and Saxon Switzerland with a guide
The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel and transfer to the Saxon part of the National Park.
We will explore the Bastaj lookout and admire amazing views of the Elbe River. You will be able to see the remains of the rock castle Neuraten and do some hiking around the neighborhood of Bastay.
Transfer to the Bohemian side to see the Pravčický Gate.
We will climb up to the Pravčické Gate on foot. The route leads through the picturesque protected area of Bohemian Switzerland. Here you can find rare plants, trees, and fauna. Eventually we will reach the Falcon's Nest, the former summer house of a landowner with the best view of the Pravčické Gate.
Pravčice Gate is the largest natural stone arch in mainland Europe. Today, it is listed as a Czech national monument.
Take a boat ride through the Edmond's or Wild Gorge and discover the unspoiled natural beauty of the Kamenice River.
Drop off at your hotel.
From the 5th of November there are no boat trips. In winter I replace the boat trip with a hike along the walls of the Tiska.
