We are a community of organic coffee and cacao producers in Huayopata, Quillabamba Valley, Cusco. We farm sustainably, preserving our traditions and sharing the true flavor of Peruvian coffee and chocolate with the world.
We invite you to get to know our work up close, from harvest to cup, and to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature and the culture of coffee and cocoa.
Option 1: Full-Day Tour
What will you experience on this tour?
✅ You will get to know our farm and the producers who grow coffee and cocoa using artisanal methods.
✅ You will learn about the entire process: from sowing to harvesting.
✅ You will take part in the selection and processing of coffee and cocoa (fermentation, drying, and roasting).
✅ You will enjoy a coffee tasting session featuring various preparation methods.
✅ You will taste artisanal chocolate made by us.
✅ You will enjoy lunch made with fresh, locally grown produce from the community.
Trip Itinerary:
7:00 AM - Depart from Cusco (optional)
10:00 AM - Arrival at the farm and welcome with coffee or chocolate
10:30 AM - Plantation tour and harvest (seasonal)
12:00 PM - Lunch featuring products from the community
1:30 PM - Coffee and cacao processing: artisanal roasting and grinding
3:30 PM - Coffee and chocolate tasting
5:00 PM - Return to Cusco or Quillabamba
