Day 1: Chinchero – Moray – Salineras – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes

Our tour will begin with pick-up from the hotel between 6:30 to 6:45 am. Excursion that combines the cultural experiences of the people of the Sacred Valley, the adaptation of food plants and community exploitation of the Salineras, with archaeological sites and natural landscapes, a chain of snow-capped mountains such as Verónica, Chicón among others. The tour will begin at 7:00 am. Our first point of visit will be the Archaeological Zone and textile center located in Chinchero. Then we will visit the Moray Archaeological Park, we will also pass through the town of Maras and we will also visit the Salineras and then go to the Town of Urubamba where we will stop for lunch. After lunch we will visit Ollantaytambo and later we will go to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train that will take us to Aguas Calientes. Arriving at the town of Aguas Calientes we will not go to our accommodation.

Day 2: Machu Picchu – Cusco

Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will board the bus to go up to the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu. The guided tour led by our Guide in the citadel of Machu Picchu will tour the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters, the temple of the Three Windows and the quarries, for approximately more than two hours. You will also be given free time to walk around the citadel, take photographs and relax in this magical and mystical place.
To then descend to Aguas Calientes and take the train back to the Ollantaytambo or Poroy station (subject to availability), where our staff will be waiting for you, for bus transportation to Cusco and also take you to your hotel.
