Then head to the kitchen to prepare three Peruvian dishes and a pisco-based drink. During the class, learn about the traditional ingredients and techniques that make Peruvian cuisine so popular around the world.
Choose from the following dishes: quinoa with huancaína sauce, rocoto relleno, ceviche, lomo saltado and pisco sour. If you have any dietary preferences or special dietary needs, let the guide know when you make your reservation and they will accommodate your needs.
