We will pick you up at your hotel at 4:30 a.m. to head north of the city of Cusco towards the village of Mollepata, a place with a pleasant climate located 2,900 meters above sea level, where we will arrive at the Museo Casa Salkantay restaurant, a beautiful spot where, in addition to enjoying an all-you-can-eat breakfast, you can take in the stunning natural landscape of the Apurímac Valley.
We will then continue the journey for another hour, taking a dirt track to Soraypampa, a tourist campsite located at 3,800 meters above sea level. From there, we will start the hike to Humantay Lake, which will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, reaching 4,300 meters above sea level. (Remember that you can rent horses in Soraypampa).

At Humantay Lake, travelers will have free time to take the best photos of the place. After a mock mystical ceremony, we'll head back to Soraypampa to take the return bus. We'll stop again at the Museo Casa Salkantay restaurant for an all-you-can-eat lunch, and then our guide will talk about the archaeological pieces found in the area.

Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
