    What will you experience?

Introduction to the world of cocoa: Its history in Peru (the origin of the first cocoa beans 3,000 years ago!) and its cultural importance.

Hands-on process: Select, grind, and mix with honey and milk to create your own chocolate.

Spiritual ceremony: Cocoa masks and group connection.

Premium tasting: Differences between Chuncho (fine Cusco cocoa) and commercial varieties.

    Ethical & Sustainable Cocoa
We work with communities in Quillabamba and VRAEM, using ancestral methods free from exploitation. Peruvian cocoa is a Natural Heritage, and here you'll learn why it's unique: from its careful fermentation (key to floral notes) to its impact on the local economy.
