What you can expect
Itinerary
Day: 1
Today you will be fasting, we will pick you up at 9:00 am, then we will go to the Temple of Retreats located in the Patapata sector of the city of Cusco. We will begin the ceremony with the Reading of Coca Leaves, we will continue with the ritual of Cleansing Negative Energies, then you will have free time to reflect, meditate, do yoga or others. At 6:00 pm we will continue with the Ayahuasca Ceremony. After finishing the ritual we will rest.
Day: 2
We will wake up to do personal hygiene, at 9:00 am we will have a delicious breakfast. Then we will do an interpretation of visions and anecdotes about the Ayahuasca experience with the Master Shaman so that he can guide you. You will have free time to take a bath in the pool, read or meditate. At 6:00 pm we will continue with the second session of the Ayahuasca Ceremony. At the end of the session we will go to sleep.
Day: 3
Today is a very special day, you will finally be able to have a good lunch and dinner under the organic diet directed by the Shaman. You will have breakfast and we will have a meeting with the Ayahuasca Shaman to interpret your visions. Then you will go out with the assistant to walk through the rivers, hills, etc. or if you wish you can have your free time just for you. Then you will go to sleep.
Day: 4
You will wake up to have a delicious breakfast, you will have free time for whatever you like to do, you can swim in the pool. At 6:00 pm we will have the last Ayahuasca Ceremony session. At the end of the ceremony we will take you to your room.
Day: 5
You will get up to get cleaned up, then we will have a delicious farewell breakfast and we will share your experience and the Shaman will interpret your visions to give you the messages of the medicinal plant. We continue with the Ceremony of Offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth), and we finish with the last ceremony of the Bath of Flowering of Love. Then we will return to the city of Cusco. Ayahuasca Ceremony.
IMPORTANT
You need to do a personal diet, at least 3 days before, no sex, alcohol, drugs, meat, medicines; the sooner you do your diet the better, for more information, please read Diets for Ayahuasca. Also for greater personal safety you should read before taking Ayahuasca Contraindications of Ayahuasca.
Preferably one day before you will do a detoxification with Volcanic Medicinal Water, which helps to eliminate chemical and toxin excesses from the body. The detoxification takes a maximum of 1 to 2 hours. Please do not eat any food 4 hours before taking the Volcanic Medicinal Water. If this is not possible, you must take it on the same day that the retreat begins.
During the day of the Ayahuasca Ceremony you will be fasting.
