What you can expect

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff and the visit to the estate will begin: we start in the vineyard to talk about our grape varieties, then proceed to the cellar to see how wine is made, and finish in the barrel room to discover the secrets of the wine that ages in wooden barrels.

Now that you know everything that goes into a glass of wine, you are ready to start the tasting: 5 glasses await you, accompanied by olives and bruschetta with the estate's extra virgin olive oil; cheeses including Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for over 30 months, cold cuts (depending on availability, Culatello di Zibello, Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Culaccia, Pancetta); hazelnuts.

Each pairing is designed to enhance the characteristics of the wine you are tasting, giving you a comprehensive experience in a unique location surrounded by a breathtaking natural landscape.
