Discover the most beautiful places of our area while paddlesurfng. The tour includes both technique tips and interesting facts about the region and its nature. Are you ready to have fun in the river Muga or at the sea in the Rosas Bay? We are only 25’ from Figueres

You will receive an introduction to paddleboarding, learn about the different ways of paddling and turning techniques as well as balancing tips. Then the instructor will guide you through a trip of the river Muga. If weather conditions allow it is also possible to trip by the natural beach of Aiguamolls de l’empordà.

During the trip the guide will also propose some fun challenges and games for the participants!

You will finish the trip at the starting point.
