Leave the noise of the city behind and step into a holistic Nordic sauna experience by the water in Copenhagen.

This Detox Sauna Ritual is a guided journey through heat, breath, scent, music and cold water, created to give you space to slow down, reconnect with your body and emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.

Your experience takes place in an intimate wood-fired barrel sauna right by the water. You will be guided through 4 sauna sessions, each lasting about 10–12 minutes, with a break for a cold plunge between rounds. Sauna sessions are inspired by the Nordic tradition of saunagus, where water infused with carefully selected essential oils is poured onto the hot stones and the aromatic steam is circulated throughout the sauna.

Each round has its own atmosphere and intention. Through essential oils, guided breathing, music and moments of stillness, you are invited to let go of everyday distractions and become fully present in the experience.

Between the sauna rounds, step outside into the fresh air and, if you wish, cool down with a dip in the water before returning to the warmth of the sauna.

This is more than simply visiting a sauna. It is a holistic Nordic ritual combining traditional sauna culture with breath, aromatherapy, cold water and mindful presence.

No previous sauna or cold-water experience is required. Everything is guided, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body.
