What you can expect

Starting at the famous Mercato del Capo - the market where local Palermitani do their fruit, veg & fish shopping - we will buy our fresh ingredients before we head back to the apartment in the heart of the historical centre. This is where the magic happens!

Together we will prepare a three-course meal, while enjoying snacks, prosecco and Sicilian wines throughout. We will learn how to make fresh pasta, condiments and sauces, and a traditional fish dish (vegetarian options available). After we finish preparing our food, we'll set the table on the terrace and feast al fresco.

Dessert and dessert wine are provided at the end.

Classes run every day from 11am-3pm (for private classes we can also be flexible). Small groups only, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people per class.

Enjoy a few hours centred around FOOD (& drink).
