The raw materials and ingredients adapt to the places, expressing their tradition and belonging to the territory: anchovies, tomato sauce, which is sometimes replaced by cherry tomatoes, local cheese that can be tuma, caciocavallo or pecorino. In short, we'll taste some of the typical flavors of Sicilian culinary tradition.
