“ROCOTO RELLENO”( tradicional Dish stuffed chili with meat, onions, peas carrots, peanuts, dry grapes cover with local Cheeses and baked in the owen.

  • “CAUSA RELLENA” potato cake mix with yellow chili sauce stuffed with avocado, fish tartare , mayonesse, and spices.

-COCKTAIL IN BASE PISCO, the National peruvian spirit in base grapes.
-pisco sour ( classic peruvian cocktail with lime,syrup and eggwithes)
-passion fruit sour. ( Pisco sour versión made with fresh passion fruit juice).

  • drink without alcohol make with peruvian fruits and honey.

-MAIN DISH, we have two different options,l
-Lomo saltado ( beef tenderloin , rice, onions, tomato, soy souce, oyster sauce and ,vinager with native potato fríes.) .
-Ceviche ( trout, mango, avocado, lime juice, onions, celery, ginger, corn, and sweet potato).

Each participant chooses their favorite cocktail and main dish, the starter is the same for everyone.
