- Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, all visitors wishing to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please make sure to plan ahead, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
- The boat departs from the Marfa Jetty (opposite the Riviera Spa Resort). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gullet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel).
- Boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time; please ensure that you arrive in time.
- During this activity, we will stop for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time at the Blue Lagoon in Comino and for approximately 2 hours of free time in Gozo.
- This is not a guided tour; when you disembark at any location, the time spent at each location will be at your leisure (free time).
- We reserve the right to substitute the Turkish gulet with a sturdier vessel if sea or wind conditions require it, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for our guests.
- During our stop in Gozo, you may join one of our buses or coaches for a small fee, payable on site. This service provides roundtrip transportation to and from Victoria, the capital city of Gozo. The service can be conveniently booked on site with our crew and paid directly at the location. The cost of this service is €5 per person; however, the provider reserves the right to adjust the price slightly without prior notice. Only cash payments are accepted for this service.
- The boat is stroller accessible but not wheelchair accessible.
- Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
- A cash bar serving various beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
- The optional powerboat trip to the Comino Caves is not included in the price; this can be booked on-site with the crew and paid on location. The boat trip is optional and is always subject to weather conditions. The fee is €10 per person (the fee can change slightly without prior notice). Both cash and credit card payments are accepted for the optional powerboat trip.
- We reserve the right to change the order of the visits or alter the itinerary subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints.
- If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
- Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
- Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.
