What you can expect

  • Discover a unique mindfulness experience in the mountains near Colorado Springs, where rescue mustangs guide you into deeper presence and calm.

    What You'll Do:

Step into stillness with a herd of gentle rescue mustangs. These intuitive animals respond to your nervous system and help guide you into deeper relaxation and awareness.

Your certified facilitator will lead simple grounding exercises while you interact quietly with the horses in their outdoor mountain environment. Through presence-based practices and gentle movement, you'll experience how horses help regulate your nervous system and deepen your sense of calm.

Expect space for reflection, gentle movement, and the kind of clarity that comes from slowing down in nature. Sessions adapt to your comfort level and needs - whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional regulation, or simply a peaceful mountain experience.

Located just one hour from Colorado Springs in the peaceful mountain community of Florissant at 8,500 feet elevation.
