What you can expect

Experience a special evening featuring French wines, paired cheeses, and live chanson performances. After a champagne reception with various amuse-gueules, the tasting begins with a Rivesaltes Ambré (aged 5 years) as an aperitif, followed by selected white wines accompanied by mild French cheeses.
This is followed by rosé wines, paired with fine fennel salami or, for vegetarians, an AOP cheese from the French Jura region.
To round things off, you will taste red wines, AOP wines, and a full-bodied château wine, served with a selection of French cheeses ranging from mild to strong.
Throughout the evening, two chanson singers will provide insights into their stories and works and perform selected French chansons live.
