Step into ANDAR Specialty Coffee Lab in Poblenou and discover specialty coffee from a different, approachable, and fun perspective. No previous experience or knowledge of coffee is needed – just curiosity and a desire to try.

You'll start by discovering and tasting different coffees to understand, in a simple way, why each one can have completely different aromas and flavors. We'll talk about origin, roasting, grinding, and water without complications or unnecessary technicalities.

Then it's time to make coffee. You'll experiment with some of our favorite methods, such as the French press, V60, and AeroPress, and discover how small changes in the grind, proportions, or preparation can completely transform a cup.

You'll also have the chance to explore the world of espresso. We'll try a manual Flair NEO and get behind our Rocket Appartamento TCA to find out what happens during an extraction and what makes an espresso truly delicious.

Throughout the experience, you'll be able to taste, compare, ask questions, and take part. We want you to understand coffee by experimenting with it, not by listening to a theory session.

You'll discover simple tricks that you can use from the very next day to make much better coffee at home, even without expensive gear.

It will be a relaxed experience, in small groups and around a table full of coffee. Although the activity is planned to last about an hour, we like to take it easy, chat, and enjoy each preparation.
