Know before you book

  • Red Route Starting Point: Calle Felipe IV, 2. On Sundays, the meeting point is: Alfonso XII (in front of El Cason del Buen Retiro). Green Route Starting Point: Plaza de Neptuno
  • Red Route / Historical Route: First departure at 10am. Last departure at 7:30pm. Green Route / Modern Route: First departure at 11am. Last departure at 7pm. Frequency: every 20 minutes (Red Route), every 40 minutes (Green Route). Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes (Red Route), 1 hour (Green Route)
  • You can board the bus as many times as you like within the 48 hours. Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off tour
  • Paseo del Arte Walking Tour: Departs at 4pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Departs from Stop 1 on Calle Felipe IV. Duration: 60 minutes approximately
  • The Secrets of the Royal Palace Walking Tour: Departs every day at 6pm from Plaza de Oriente, 8 (you must reserve your spot by scanning a QR code given to you upon boarding the bus)
  • Gran Via y Madrid de los Asturias Walking Tour: Departs every day at 12pm. Meeting Point: Stop 1 Museo del Prado. Duration: 90 minutes approximately
  • Ikono Madrid (included in the Supreme Experience ticket only): Opening hours: 10am - 10pm daily
  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • Please note that the service will finish at 3pm on Saturday 5th July due to the Pride Parade taking place
