About the Options
Option A – All Fees Included. The price covers all entrance fees. No additional payments on the day.
Option B – Excluding Entrance Fees
Entrance fees are not included. Customers must pay in cash on the day: 300 THB per person for the National Park and 100 THB per person for the Twin Pagodas (optional – you may wait at the parking area if you choose not to enter).
Escape Chiang Mai for a full-day adventure in Doi Inthanon National Park, home to Thailand’s highest peak at 2,565 meters. Enjoy the cool mountain air as you explore lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant hill tribe villages.
Walk the scenic Pha Dok Siew Nature Trail on a two-hour guided hike that follows a mountain stream through rice terraces, forest paths, and hidden waterfalls. Depending on the season, the rice fields change dramatically:
July–September (rainy season): lush green terraces.
October–November: golden yellow fields ready for harvest.
December–June: terraces may appear dry or freshly planted.
(Please note that the scenery depends on weather and agricultural cycles.)
Along the way, visit a Karen village, taste freshly brewed coffee made from locally grown beans, and learn about the traditional lifestyle from your local guide.
Marvel at the King and Queen Twin Pagodas, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and panoramic mountain views, before continuing to the stunning Wachirathan Waterfall. A delicious Thai set-menu lunch is included, with vegetarian options available.
Relax on the comfortable ride back to Chiang Mai, with memories of breathtaking landscapes, cultural encounters, and a rewarding trek.
Pickup & Return Time
Pickup is approximately 7:00–7:30 AM. Return to Chiang Mai is approximately 6:30–7:00 PM, depending on traffic and conditions on the day.
Important Information: Trail Conditions
As it is currently the rainy season in Thailand, weather and trail conditions can change suddenly, especially during heavy rainfall. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding, which could make the Pha Dok Siew Trail unsafe or temporarily inaccessible.
In such cases, the guide will assess the actual conditions on-site and make the final decision with your safety as the top priority. The itinerary may therefore need to be changed at short notice, and in some situations, we may not be able to inform you in advance.
If it is not possible to walk the Pha Dok Siew Trail, the guide will take you to visit a nearby village and walk through the rice fields instead.
If we know in advance that the Pha Dok Siew Trail will not be accessible the following day, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you would like to be dropped off near the airport, please let us know in advance. The driver will drop you off on the main road for easier access
