Know before you book

    • The tour uses snowmobiles when snow conditions are optimal. If snow levels are low, the tour switches to a 4x4 UTV Defender.
    • Snowmobiles may be driven by guests (18+ or 17 with license). However, 4x4 UTVs are driven exclusively by professional instructors for your safety; guests will participate as passengers.
    • Families with young children may participate but must ride in the UTV (Mini SnowBus) for the entire journey, accompanied by an adult.
    • Pick up is from centrally located hotels. If you stay outside of the zone, we will assign you a meeting point.

What you can expect

  • Experience the ultimate “After-Ski” adventure at Cerro Catedral. Your afternoon begins with a pickup from your Bariloche hotel, heading towards the base of the most famous ski center in Patagonia.

    You’ll set off on a 7-kilometer mountain journey through a winter wonderland. Depending on snow conditions, your trek will be carried out on a snowmobile or a powerful 4x4 UTV Defender. Your expert guide leads you across frozen streams and through ancient Lenga forests into exclusive, restricted mountain areas.

    The adventure culminates at “La Cueva,” a warm and rustic mountain refuge nestled in the woods. Here, you’ll indulge in a traditional cheese fondue accompanied by regional delicacies like cured meats, vegetables, and artisan bread. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy a Patagonian-inspired dessert paired with Malma wines, beer, or hot coffee. It’s the perfect blend of high-altitude fun and cozy mountain gastronomy.
