El Descojonado (Punta del Descojonado), in Tasartico, the Village of San Nicolas, is a rugged rocky cape next to Playa del Asno. It marks the beginning of the marine “aisle” between Gran Canaria and Tenerife, famous for its large waves and strong currents.
