Between the rugged peaks and gentle alpine meadows of the Dolomites lies our home: the family-run distillery Zu Plun in Kastelruth. This is where this private masterclass comes to life – an experience for all who want to not only enjoy gin, but also understand and create it themselves.

This exclusive, full-day masterclass is for connoisseurs, professionals, and ambitious enthusiasts. In a very small group – or as a private session if you prefer – you'll work directly with our master distiller at the copper still. After a personal introduction, you'll choose your botanicals, refine your aroma profile, and accompany every step of the distillation of your own gin.

The focus is on time, precision, and exchange. You'll gain in-depth insights into raw materials, distillation techniques, and the philosophy behind our gins. A private, guided tasting of selected distillates from the award-winning range complements the practical work and sharpens your sensory understanding.

Finally, you'll distill a 500 ml bottle of your personal gin, which will be sent to your home. You'll also receive an official masterclass certificate, signed by the master distiller – as a memento and award for your participation.

The masterclass lasts all day (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
A private lunch can be arranged if you'd like.
