During the walk, guided by an expert nature guide, you will learn to recognize and observe the aromatic herbs that grow wild in this area: Nepitella, Marjoram and Shrubby Thyme, precious ingredients with which artisanal bitters are made.
Upon returning to Casa Nepeta, you will enter the heart of our workshop: you will discover how these herbs are harvested, processed and transformed into liqueurs, following a production process that combines tradition and craftsmanship.
The experience concludes with a tasting of our bitters-Nepèta, Majora and Timous-accompanied by typical local products, to fully savor the identity of the Monti Iblei.
