Itinerary:

Pick up at hotels depending on the area, within the pick up circuit are the hotels of Crespo, Marbella, Cabrero, Bocagrande, Laguito or Castillo grande, starting at 7:00 am, depending on the hotel the time will vary.

Afterwards, we depart to Baru from the final point at approximately 08:30 am, the trip may last 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the traffic, passing through the industrial zone of Mamonal and then arriving at the bridge that connects Cartagena with the island of Baru where it crosses the arm of the Magdalena River, called “Canal del Dique”.

Once in Baru, the island has 3 towns: Ararca, Santana and the last village called Baru, where islanders inhabit fishermen who currently see tourism as their main entry, in this case we will only pass through Ararca and Santana, after 5 minutes of travel, we find a detour type trail which will lead us to our attraction.

Subsequently, we will find some rustic concrete stairs that will allow us to reach the earthly paradise called “PLAYA BLANCA”, flagship beach of Baru Island, with 2.4 km of beach extension, divided into sectors, the main sector will appreciate it down the stairs, which is considered popular for its high flow of people, to reach the sector of Playa Tranquila, characterized by fewer people, where our restaurant “MÁNDALA BEACH” is located we must walk 10 minutes along the path of the beach.

In the restaurant of the agency, the clients will enjoy the lunch of their preference, chosen previously according to their plan, the lunch will be enabled from 11:00am to 13:00pm. If you wish to use the services of the restaurant, such as toilets, urinals or dressing rooms, you will be able to do so completely free of charge. The tables and chairs in the restaurant are for exclusive use for lunch. Customers can rent chairs and tents in front of the restaurant or outside, choosing their location and preference. The counselor will indicate the time at which they should be ready to return. If there are no new developments, the return will be at 15:00pm.
