We will pick you up from your hotel between 09:30 – 09:45 AM with our professional guide, driver, and comfortable vehicle. Our first stop will be Uçhisar Castle viewpoint, the highest point in Cappadocia, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the region and its surreal landscape.
Following this breathtaking view, we will make a brief stop at a local leather store, where you can explore finely crafted leather products and enjoy a short demonstration (optional participation).
Next, we continue to the Zelve Open-Air Museum, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985. Here, you will explore rock-cut churches, chapels, and an ancient Orthodox monastery — remnants of early Christian life and their efforts to escape Roman persecution.
Then it’s time for lunch at a local restaurant, where you will enjoy a selection of delicious traditional Turkish dishes.
After lunch, we head to Avanos, a town famous for its pottery dating back to Hittite times around 2000 B.C. You’ll witness a live demonstration of traditional pottery-making, using clay from the Red River (Kızılırmak), the longest river in Turkey, historically known as the Hallys.
Our next destination is Paşabağı (Monks Valley), where you’ll see the iconic three-headed fairy chimneys and learn about the fascinating geological formation process of the region.
We then proceed to Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley), renowned for its uniquely shaped rock formations. Use your imagination as you spot animal-like shapes and fantastical forms carved by nature.
Finally, we visit Love Valley, famous for its striking and unique natural formations, perfect for memorable photos.
After the tour, we will transfer you back to your hotel or any preferred location.
