You'll be welcomed in the garden by me and a few members of my family for a coffee or tea and a typical homemade treat. Then we'll sit in the Casetta (an annex of my garden) and start with stories about Italians' habits at the table and curious anecdotes about food.
We'll get our hands in the water, flour, and yeast to create the perfect pizza dough. While the dough rises, we'll prepare various toppings, mainly with seasonal ingredients. Then, we'll roll out the pizza together, and I'll teach you the secrets of the trade. We'll top it, and you'll cook it in the wood-fired oven.
Once the pizzas are cooked, we'll all sit around the table to enjoy them, both savory and dessert, accompanied by a nice glass of wine or beer.
