Experience a mindful hike in the mountains of Dali. Learn how to match your breathing with your pace, and take in the natural beauty of the area.and a delicious dinner at the end of the hike.

We will meet at the gate (Navigate:大理天龙八部影视城停车场)We will meet there and buy the Cangshan nantional park entrance fee first, then begin hike step by step on the stone, walking through pine valleys, moss-covered rocks, seasonal flowers, waterfalls, which come from melting snow water on the Cangshan Mountain and full of beneficial negative ion air. We will pay more attention on our breath matched with paces at first, then we will pay more attention on nature elements like wild birds singing, different moss and seasonal flowers which we ignore quite often in our daily life.

We will take breaks occasionally on the way up till we reach Jade belt road on the middle of mountain, the first part of hiking will be 3.5km and about 1.5 hours.

The second part will be flat road,1.5km and about 0.5 hour.We will take a short break at Zhonghe Temple and have some snacks, totally relax with whole beautiful scene in front of you.

The thirds part will be 4km in the wild forest,about 1 hour down to the Zhonghe cable car station.

After total 3 hours hike, we will walk only 5 mins to my home, then relax completely, play with my white cat, DUMBLEDORE, while waiting for a delectable organic dinner with red wine or Chinese Pu'er Tea.

If you still have energy, we will go for walking after dinner in Dali Ancient town, searching for the most interesting tea house, cafes, or cocktail bars.I will recommend my favorites and it's your choice to decide either stay or go on walking.
