We will meet at Cangshan Mountain Gantong Suodao cableway ticket office.I will buy 3 tickets including two up-and-down cableway and one tourism entrance tickets for the group,After 25 mins of cableway up to the middle of mountain side, we will begin hike on Jade-belt road, walking through pine valleys, moss-covered rocks, seasonal flowers, several waterfalls, which come from melting snow water on the Cangshan Mountain and full of beneficial negative ion air.We will pay more attention on our breath matched with paces at first, then we will pay more attention on nature elements like wild birds, different moss and seasonal flowers which we ignore quite often in our daily life.
We will take a break after 4.5 kilometers of hiking and have some self-prepared snacks at the Seven Dragon Goddess Pool, which is seven green pools with waterfalls.We will see seven waterfalls and pools one by one by climbing hundreds of steps up to the top, which is not far away from the main road.After that,we will go on mindful hiking till the end, Zhonghe Temple and take Zhonghe Cableway down to foot of the mountain.If possible, we will choose hiking down through the forest paths and horse tracks, this requires better knees and energy.
After the 4-5 hour tiring hike, we will walk only 5 mins to my home, then relax completely, play with my white cat, DUMBLEDORE, while waiting for a delectable organic dinner with red wine or Chinese Pu'er Tea.
