A guided tour with the winemaker to discover his vineyard's history and the wine production. You will walk between the rows to see the variety of the grapes and you'll enjoy the wonderful landscape from the hill!
You will taste Cannonau, Vermentino, Nuragus, Monica or the “Orange” wines with the Sommelier accompanied by local food tastings.
Then you will visit the Oil Mill, ready to discover how the organic extra virgin olive oil is produced. You will take part of a workshop with the producer to discover the real organic olive oil and different types of it (spicy, with lemon or just olive oil) and to able to recognize a high quality olive oil.
You will taste local products, high quality of cheese, salami, ham, olives, with a local Prosecco.
Then, visit a Museum dedicated to the oil production and you will see all the tools used in the '800 by the grandfather of the owner. This is the only one you can visit in the South of Sardinia!
