The Forest Bathing is based on the Japanese Shinrin-yoku, connected to Zen. It is an experience of psycho-physical and therapeutic well-being, but at the same time spiritual and inner, that is born to combat stress and that takes place in forest ecosystems, because only in these environments we find the biological characteristics suitable to create the well-being benefits.

During the experience, you will be served a snack made with natural products, including fresh or dehydrated fruit and high-quality teas, that is also suitable for those with intolerances.
